Pro Oil Change & Car Wash

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the very beginning. While I was asking about pricing, I was instructed to park my vehicle so it could be brought into the service area. However, after I had already followed their instructions and was waiting, they decided to give priority to another vehicle instead. I expressed my concern because I believe this reflects poor organization and a lack of respect for a customer's time. Although they attempted to correct the situation afterward, the initial impression had already been made. I ultimately decided not to have my vehicle serviced there. In my opinion, the prices are too high for the quality of the products they offer, and combined with such poor customer service, I had no confidence in leaving my car with them. I would not recommend this business, as there are many other places that provide a far more professional experience and better value for the money.

Recent oil change in April caused a leak on the block. I regularly took my beloved car but will not return for any maintenance. BTW, I know what went missing from my car on that wash day! Although a minor loss, I still felt violated. No report was made but they've lost a customer

These people are a mess … they change my oil and flush the engine next thing you know ALL OF MY LIGHTS TURNED ON. I took it to another place and I was having a mayor leaking. DO NOT GO HERE

Technically did the oil change correctly, but I much rather have more brand options. I never asked for anything else, but they snooped around, removed my air filters that I wanted to do myself that they upcharged $20 each on. They also attempted to remove the locking lug nuts of my rear wheels to check the rear pads, but failed (I would have been fine with this if asked beforehand.) One of the ratcheting teeth of my parking brake "fell out" which was present beforehand 7 minutes ago. Conclusion: just learn to do it yourself, the risk avoidance, accomplishment, and cost savings far outweigh whatever I spent good hard earned money on here today.

The guy working on my car named "J" was being very unprofessional and talking bad about my car with his other co workers I told them that my car was lowered and so they needed to add something to not scratch the bottom and they kept ignoring my requests proclaiming that it wasn't going to scratch when indeed I've done this before and it easily almost did they had no care and were super rude and disrespectful and they didn't even reset my oil sensor inside my car will never be coming here again and don't recommend it to nobody
